Exceptional hospitality and charming atmosphere.

My stay at The Old Post House was delightful. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with soft towels and a mini-fridge stocked with fresh juice. Breakfast included delicious pastries, making mornings truly enjoyable.

Steep stairs may challenge some senior guests.

On the downside, the shower gel supply was a bit lacking—two sachets barely sufficed for both of us to freshen up in the mornings and evenings. Breakfast didn’t hit the mark either, with just a selection of sugary pastries that came frozen and were hard by morning. the crockery didn’t seem totally clean upon arrival, which was a minor inconvenience given the otherwise pristine room, but the steep stairs to the room could pose a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

The Deluxe Double Room was super comfy and clean, just what we needed. Nice spacious layout with a TV and a little fridge. Breakfast was brought right to our room, which was a great touch. The bathroom had all the essentials and worked well. It was a quiet spot, even with the windows facing the street. Only thing I wished for was more hooks for hanging stuff. a solid stay!
